loop vast met opstarten

als ik naar start gaart en dan naar computer uitschhakelen....
en dan opnieuw op will startten dan gaart het goed tot dat
die zwart is en dan loop de vast en dan moet ik hem met de hand uit en an doen voor dat die weer goed is

ik hep en hp t580.nl met winXP home pc wie kan mijn helppen

l did dat all ready but that did not help and l can do herstellen but it do's not fix it for me l can only can back one day with the herstellen and that no good

There must stand someting with Energy (in classic mode)

Can you tell me the names of the tabs that you can find there?

oh yer now that l can star my pc up like it all way's
my java work now too so thank's for that too
l think it was becoues l the pc did not start up wright so it did not install the the java runtime wright too but now all is woring good thank's for your help
