Hoe importeer ik een Word-tabel in Access?

Ik heb Access 2003 en Word 2003.
Ik heb een grote Word tabel, die ik in Access wil hebben.
Het lukt me niet die te importeren, ik weet niet wat ik dan als "bestand" moet zetten.
Met "Text" lukt het niet, en RTF staat er niet bij.

Weet iemand misschien hoe dat moet ?

There are a couple of methods you can use for this. Using Excel, if you If you have it, is the easiest way, and you tend to get fewer import
errors in Access if you use Excel. However, if you don't have Excel, you can convert your Word table into tab-delimited format, which you
can import directly into Access. This is still pretty easy, although it does involve a few additional steps.

Een tussenstapje dus via Excell. Is eigenlijk hartstikke logisch, want ik weet dat je een Word tabel in Access kan krijgen.
Ik ga het proberen vandaag.
